Meditation 101

Wednesdays: Starts April 10

Time: 7:00 – 8:00pm 

This class is perfect for beginners and for experienced meditators who want to improve their concentration. There will be an explanation of each meditation, two guided meditations and an opportunity to ask questions. 

In the first meditation we will focus on pacifying our distractions; and, in the second meditation we will contemplate meaningful Dharma topics.

If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

Drop-ins are welcome, and with any level of experience.  Questions are encouraged.  Wear clothes for sitting comfortably. (chair and cushions available)
