Nowadays we have so many distractions that it is rare to enjoy even a few moments of peace. Through deepening our concentration we increase the power of our mind, our energy, our ability to fulfill our wishes and our inner peace. With this new found concentration we will be able to significantly improve our meditation experience and overall inner peace, happiness and well being.
This class series is taught by Kelsang Khacho, the Resident Teacher at Akshobya Kadampa Buddhist Centre.
