Escape the stress and busyness of daily life to discover the peace of meditation in these one hour meditation sessions. These simple meditations relax the mind and body, and lead to a deep experience of inner peace and contentment.
“Simply Meditate” classes begin with a short introduction to the topic that is being covered for that class. The teacher will then guide meditation, followed by a short chanted prayer, called Liberating Prayer. After a brief description and explanation, the teacher will guide the second meditation. We’ll learn how to integrate our mediation practice into our daily life.
This Wednesday evening class is led by Richard Schulte. Richard is a student in our Foundation Program and has been studying Buddha’s teachings for many years.
