Discover the peace of meditation in this one-hour meditation session. Simply relax the mind and body, and experience inner peace and contentment.
The teacher will guide a meditation, followed by a short chanted prayer, called Liberating Prayer. After a brief description and explanation, the teacher will guide the second meditation. We’ll learn how to integrate our mediation practice into our daily life.
This Thursday evening class will be led by Richard Schulte. Richard is a student in our Foundation Program and has been studying Buddha’s teachings for many years.
