While it may be impossible to avoid difficult situations, it turns out that through training our mind in Buddhist meditation we can upend these troubling situations to our advantage! By training in the special practice of “patient acceptance” we can reduce our frustration and anger and enjoy a happy and peaceful life. Living skillfully and creatively in this way allows us to integrate all of our experiences and transform our problems and conflicts into a meaningful and joyful life.
