Meditation Practice

Meditation for All Levels:
This class is designed to give you the opportunity to actually practice training your mind in meditation. This class will include prayers, two guided meditations and a short teaching each week.
Dress comfortably. Both chairs and cushions will be available.

If you register to attend online at least 30 minutes before a class starts, you’ll receive the Zoom link automatically about 20 minutes before the class begins. If you register to attend online less than 30 minutes before, you’ll receive the link shortly after the class begins.
