For most of us, our love is a mixture of two things – attachment, which is not in fact love at all, and love, which is.
Attachment stands in horrible contrast to all types of love, but to begin with it can be quite hard for us to tell them apart. It is one of Buddha’s great kindnesses that he distinguishes between them so clearly and practically.
In this course, Kelsang Khacho will explain how learning to distinguish love from attachment can improve our relationships of consequence, save us from immense heartache, and lead us to finding great meaning and joy in our lives.
10:00am – 11:15pm – Session 1
11:15 – 11:30am – Break
11:30 – 12:30pm – Session 2
