In this busy modern world many people are now turning to meditation. The practice of meditation is to become deeply familiar with positive states of mind that are conducive to happiness.
If you’ve been thinking of trying meditation or wish to reboot your practice of meditation, this course is perfect for you! In this 4-week series, we will explore together the basic meditation techniques that will allow us to experience inner peace.
Each class will include guided meditations, teachings and a chance to ask questions.
