Discover the peace of meditation in this one-hour meditation session. Simply relax the mind and body, and experience inner peace and contentment.
Kelsang Khacho will guide a meditation, followed by a short chanted prayer, called Liberating Prayer. After a brief description and explanation, then she will guide you through a second meditation.
