HYT Practice Classes
with Resident Teacher Kelsang Khacho
These classes help those with Highest Yoga Tantra empowerments to develop and improve their own practices of Heruka and Vajrayogini, through the instructions presented by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in his books on Buddhist Tantra.
Each HYT practice class includes prayers, a guided meditation and teaching.
Note: this class is not offered on-line.
Once a month on Sunday evening, we will offer an in-depth workshop on the daily practice of Heart Jewel, which is the essential foundation for our HYT practice.
These coordinated classes are designed to support the development of our HYT practice. Through these we will be guided step-by-step, gradually building up a qualified understanding of HYT practice.
