We all want to be happy! Despite this wish, our problems, fears and frustrations often seem to take centre stage in our mind. Discover where happiness comes from and how it can be developed. By gaining control of our mind we allow it to return to its true nature, peaceful and calm. In this way we can remain happy and untroubled even in the most difficult circumstances.
This class is suitable for beginners, and for all ages.
