Uncovering Our Boundless Potential: Clarity of The Mind
November 25 – 27
About the Retreat ~ A Silent Retreat
Abide in the open and expansive space of the mind. Join us with our Resident Teacher for this weekend retreat of teachings and guided meditations on the nature and power of the mind. Going on retreat allows our mind to become unusually clear and lucid so we can immerse ourselves in meditation practice in a far more effective way.
In this weekend meditation retreat, we will learn how to take care of our greatest asset – our own mind. We will discover its nature, its essential functions and its power to create a happier and more meaningful life. We can gain deep insight into the flexible and limitless nature of our own mind. This in turn helps us to understand through our own experience how to actualize our potential for lasting happiness and freedom. By accessing the pure, clear nature of our mind, we gain the freedom to respond to our thoughts and feelings in the most constructive possible manner.
This weekend is an opportunity for us to gently immerse ourselves into the vast untapped reservoir of mental peace that lies within all our minds.
Everyone is welcome.
