Keep Cool – The Art of True Patience

About the Retreat

Keep Cool – The Art of True Patience

guided by Kelsang Khacho

You’ve always wanted to meditate, but didn’t know how to start? Or would you like to deepen your meditation experiences? Then this away retreat  is just right for you.

Dive into your own clarity and depth of mind through skilful meditation instructions based on Buddhist philosophy.

Escape the busyness of daily life and experience a short meditation retreat. Learn meditation techniques that will relax, refresh and re-energise you, as well as equip you to deal more effectively with the everyday stresses and challenges of modern day living.

The Art of True Patience
In difficult situations, we tend to become easily angry and frustrated. We believe that anger helps us “win” our battles. However, dealing with anger always leaves a trail of painful emotions and leads to difficult relationships with ourselves and with others.

During this retreat, you will learn skillful methods to remain calm, flexible, and peaceful amidst difficult situations and conflicts. Through meditation, you will learn how to keep cool and respond to any situation in a constructive and positive manner.

During retreat it is always quiet and our meditation sessions are as silent as possible beyond the usual chanted prayers and guidance. Outside of sessions people have the freedom to choose to be silent if they wish or to talk quietly and meaningfully with each other if they prefer.

Please join us in simple but profound contemplations and meditations that will start us on the path to complete purity of intention. We dedicate this retreat so that “All living beings think only of benefitting one another.”

This retreat is suitable for everyone. We guarantee your enjoyment!
